The first objective of this organization shall be to promote social, recreational, and other similar non-profit activities for its members. HOSC will foster morale, promote good will, and encourage fellowship among members. The second objective of HOSC shall be to support and encourage charitable and educational endeavors. In order to achieve the stated objectives, the Club shall establish and conduct social, cultural and educational projects, workshops, and activities not otherwise prohibited by military directives. As military spouses, we know we are only going to live at any particular base for a relatively short time, but through the efforts of OSC's all over the world, we endeavor to leave each place better than we found it. In addition to funding a scholarship program for military dependents, the HOSC supports many organizations through charitable donations raised from the proceeds raised by the Hickam Thrift Shop.
