Reservations/Join Us

RSVP no later than 1200 on Friday prior to social.  RSVP ONLY ONCE, either by e-mail, reservations@hickamosc.com; phone, Peggy Phillips at (405) 509-1032; OR eVite.  Cancellations must be received no later than 1200 on Friday prior to social.  (Full fee must be charged to late cancellations and no shows.)  Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted. 

Confirmation:  Reservations will be confirmed.  (If no confirmation is received, no reservation is in place.) 

Guest Policy:  Each member may bring up to 2 guests per social, and persons may attend as a guest no more than once.  Guests are not eligible for door prizes.  Guests may attend but not participate in Bingo or Bunco. 

Child Policy:  We love children!  But, OSC socials are intentional downtime for the spouses, so we welcome only children up to 6 months in age.   

All members should receive an eVite for each monthly social on or around the 1st of each month.  If you are NOT receiving eVites, please contact Peggy at (405) 509.1032 to confirm your contact information.
