Aloha and Welcome to the Hickam Officers’ Spouses’ Club! The following information will make your reservations for the monthly functions easier.
This year we are requesting that payment for functions be either by Club Card or a check made payable to Hickam Officers’ Club.
If you would like to sign up for permanent reservations, please contact Amy Hart or Pam Morgan (see info below). Please remember to have your Club Card available, as we will need information from it. Permanent reservations are really the easiest way to go. When there is a menu option (main choice vs. lighter alternative), you will automatically receive the main choice unless you contact the reservations person and specify otherwise.
Reservation Rules
Regular Reservations: Regular reservations will be taken by Dena Owen or Ginger Hayden until noon the Friday before the scheduled function. You need to reserve your spot with your Club Card or by dropping off a check at Dena Owen's or Ginger Hayden's by noon on that Friday. If we do not receive your check or club card number by that time, your reservation will be cancelled.
Permanent Reservations: You must cancel your permanent reservation no later than noon on the Friday before the scheduled function. If you do not cancel your permanent reservation by noon on the Friday before the scheduled function, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT FUNCTION.
In either case, if you are a no-show for the function and made a reservation with your Club Card, you will be charged for that function!
Another note … if you call and make a reservation by phone and get an answering machine, please leave your name and phone number. A reservations person will get back to you to confirm your request. This guarantees correct information.
