Items not Accepted:

We do not accept the following items due to safety reasons or hygiene restrictions or because we have too many donations. TS management reserves the right to add to the list as we deem appropriate. We will not accept any toy or household item that has been recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Exceptions to the items not normally accepted may be granted if the items are new and still in the original packaging, unless under recall.

*ANY ITEM THAT INTENDED FOR THE USE OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 YEARS NEEDS TO INCLUDE A RECALL CLEARANCE FORM. THIS CAN BE DONE BY SEARCHING YOUR MODEL # AND OR NAME OF ITEM AT HTTP://WWW.RECALL.GOV/ . INCLUDE THIS FORM WITH YOUR ITEM (THAT PROVES THAT YOUR ITEM IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL). IF THIS IS NOT INCLUDED WITH ITEM, THE ITEM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. *
